Well, Josef hasn't been showing himself since a while, so there were
no updates to the homepage, and no new beta versions. Development
still goes on, although it's slower nowadays. The only active
developers are DaleStan and JGR, currently. You can get the latest
development executable from http://nightly.ttdpatch.net/latest/ .

You forgot about OpenTTD (www.openttd.org), which is very similar to
TTDPatch. Even though the features aren't exactly the same, most
TTDPatch features have their equivalent. It's easier to set up, but it
doesn't allow as much fine-tuning as TTDPatch does. It's worth a try.
