I'm not sure about Sound Blaster recordings, but there are some ESS 
AudioDrive FM synth recordings at http://users.tt-forums.net/jfs/. This is 
the sound card I grew up with (although it wasn't me who made the 
recordings), so I do quite like those MP3s!
